Role

We acted as the lead digital agency tasked with shifting AXA Egypt’s perception from a traditional "claims payer" to a proactive "life-long partner." Our goal was to humanize the brand and build a "digital-first" presence that resonated with the local Egyptian market’s lifestyle and values.

Strategy

    • Leveraged high-profile partnerships with Liverpool FC and squash champion Ali Farag to bridge the gap between corporate insurance and regional passions.
    • Developed specialized social campaigns around Mental Health and COP27, positioning AXA as a brand that cares about societal well-being beyond premiums.
    • Pivoted all messaging to frame the customer as the hero of their own story, with AXA providing the “KNOW YOU CAN” support.
