We acted as the lead digital agency tasked with shifting AXA Egypt’s perception from a traditional "claims payer" to a proactive "life-long partner." Our goal was to humanize the brand and build a "digital-first" presence that resonated with the local Egyptian market’s lifestyle and values.
Strategy
- Leveraged high-profile partnerships with Liverpool FC and squash champion Ali Farag to bridge the gap between corporate insurance and regional passions.
- Developed specialized social campaigns around Mental Health and COP27, positioning AXA as a brand that cares about societal well-being beyond premiums.
- Pivoted all messaging to frame the customer as the hero of their own story, with AXA providing the “KNOW YOU CAN” support.
Growth
- Successfully moved AXA from 4th to 2nd in Top of Mind (TOM) awareness in the Egyptian insurance market.
- Recognized as the “Most Innovative Marketing Campaign” and “Fastest Growing Insurance Company” in Egypt for 2021.
- Delivered 147% of Awareness KPIs (Impressions) and 113% of Consideration KPIs (Traffic).
- Successfully transitioned social media from a broadcast channel to a lead-generating engine through targeted “Focus Cycles.”
