Role

Retained for 4+ years as lead digital partner to drive B.TECH’s employer branding efforts, supplemented by project-based branding and production. Our mission was to transition Egypt’s largest electronics retailer from a "distributor" to an "Enabler" and a premier career destination.

Strategy

  • Developed a multi-pillar content strategy designed to foster trust and humanize a massive corporate entity.
  • Launched a dedicated program to turn B.TECH’s 4,500+ employees into brand storytellers, using raw, human-centric video testimonials to drive recruitment and authenticity.
  • Refreshed the digital visual language using a balance of high-quality photography and minimalistic graphic elements to differentiate the brand from cluttered, promotion-heavy competitors.
